Dear devotees and friends,

Please accept my best wishes. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

I last wrote from Moscow on the way back to the Phoenix Rathayatra at the beginning of this month.

I arrived in Johannesburg early in the morning of July 3rd and went to the usual airport lounge I use there in between flights for bathing etc. Unfortunately I found that lounge is now closed, so I had to go and check in
for my flight to Durban in the clothes I had been wearing all the previous day, and it was only about 11am that I got to shower and change. Read the rest of this entry »

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. All glories to Guru Maharaja.

Guru Maharaja will be present for His Vyasa Puja which will be celebrated at ISKCON Lenasia in South Africa on 22 August 2009.

All written offerings must please be submitted to caitanya@iafrica.com no later than Saturday, 1 August 2009.  Please include your province where applicable & country, as well as indicate clearly whether you are a well-wisher, aspiring disciple, 1st initiated or 2nd initiated disciple.

Thank you to those who have already submitted. Let us grab this opportunity to glorify our dearest and most glorious Guru Maharaja!!! All written offerings received by 1 August, will be included in the compilation and presented to Guru Maharaja on Vyasa Puja.

A very enthusiastic team of mosquitoes

Dear devotees,

I last wrote from the festival in the Altai Mountains in Siberia. That was about 2 weeks ago, and  unfortunately I’ve had a cold since then, and even now it’s trying to hang on, although it’s 90% finished. I’m resting my voice today and most of tomorrow and hopefully it will stabilize more in the meantime. Read the rest of this entry »
